When June was born her color was a big mystery, as she had the pink typical champagne skin but no bright blue eyes like the champagnes have as foals. So she was tested for color early on and was found to carry champagne as well as silver. She also got the overo gene from her mother which gives her a lot of color genes. Not only is June very well built and high on her legs, she also stands out with her striking movements, she likes to lift her legs high into the air and often gives a show in the field. She is really a beautiful girl, a very unique mare.

Toen June geboren werd was haar kleur een groot mysterie, ze had namelijk wel de roze typische champagne huid maar geen felblauwe ogen zoals de champagnes hebben als veulen. Zij werd dus al vroeg op kleurgetest en bleek naast zilver dus ook champagne te dragen. Ook heeft ze van haar moeder het overo gen gekregen wat haar een heus aantal kleurgenen geeft. Niet alleen is June erg fijn in bouw en hoog op de benen, ze valt vooral op door haar opvallende bewegingen, ze hijst haar beentjes graag hoog de lucht in en geeft vaak een showtje weg in de weide. Zij is echt een prachtmeid, een heel unieke merrie.
